Silicon Nitride Powder is a grey powder derived from the direct chemical reaction of silicon and nitrogen. It is also offered as a Ready-to-Press (RTP) Powder.
Boron Nitride has a hexagonal crystal structure, allowing for a loose, lightweight lubricative powder that can easily absorb moisture. Hexagonal Boron Nitride (HBN) shows high thermal conductivity, as well as excellent corrosion resistance and chemical inertness.
Titanium Diboride (chemical formula TiB2) is an extremely hard ceramic material produced by a continuous chemical process to create a high purity powder. These flat, hexagonal platelets have superior hardness, corrosion and oxidation resistance, and a high melting point (3225°C). Unique among ceramic materials, it is also electrically conductive, allowing it to be formed into complex shapes used EDM.
